	Confirure Your Email with Your IPhone

Solution Steps to configure your iPhone (with software version 1.x):

01. From the Dashboard, click Settings.

02.Under Settings, select Mail.

03.Select Add Account...

04.Select Other as the type of account.

05.Select POP// IMAP

06.Enter the requested information:

Name: the name of the mail user
Address: the email address of the mail user
Description: a description of the mail user
Host Name: enter the mail server mail.yourdomain.com (for both incoming mail server and outgoing mail server)
User Name: enter the full email address (incoming mail server and outgoing mail server)
Password: enter the users password (incoming mail server and outgoing mail server)

07.Click Save.

08.If you see a message that says "Cannot Connect Using SSL", click No when asked so that the account will be setup without SSL.

09.Click Save.

10.Click Settings for the account you just created.

11.Click Advanced.

12.Set Incoming Uses SSL and Outgoing Use SSL to OFF.

13.Under Incoming settings, click Authentication and select Password.

14.Under Outgoing settings, click Authentication and select Password.

Steps to configure your iPhone ( with software version 2.x) :

01.From the Dashboard, click Settings.

02.Under Settings, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

03.Select Add Account...

04.Select Other as the type of account.

05.Enter the requested information:

Name: the name of the mail user
Address: the email address of the mail user
Password: enter the users password (incoming mail server and external mail server)
Description: a description of the mail user

06.Click Next.

07.Click POP and enter the Incoming Mail Server information:

Host Name: enter the mail server address
User Name: enter the full email address
Password: enter the users password

08.Scroll down and enter the Outgoing Mail Server information:

Host Name: enter the mail server address
User Name: enter the full email address
Password: enter the users password

09.Click Save.

10.If you see a message that says "Cannot Connect Using SSL", click Yes when asked so that the account will be setup without SSL.

11.The Advanced settings for the account will be displayed and do not need to be changed.

Below given are the information you may required while configuring email account on your iPhone

01.You must enter your complete email address (example: foo@yourdomain)

02.Email password; this is the same password that you use to login to Webmail.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
